Cherney Jackson comes from a long line of seamstress. Both of her grandmothers were seamstresses. Her mother was a seamstress. When Cherney was seven years of age, her mother began to teach her how to sew.
Cherney has taken various sewing classes at Sacramento City College. Her work experience includes Beverly Fabrics, New York Fabrics, Jo-Ann Fabrics and the Sacramento Music Theater.
